  • Researched and evaluated Software Development Kit (SDK) licenses including ones for Cisco, Intel, IBM, Microsoft and Apple. Compared and contrasted the licensing terms and conditions in a memo and oral briefing for senior attorneys.
  • Evaluated and recommended approval for numerous GPL, BSD, MIT, Mozilla, Apache, and Oracle open source software licensing requests for software engineers through Cisco‚Äôs open source request tool.

  • Researched articles and created playbook materials on nondisclosure agreements and trade secrets.
